Unitcoins.us is very proud of all or our troops. We are here to ASSIST YOU in the creation of your unit coin.
We are pleased to prepare artwork for our customers at no charge. We gladly make as many revisions as needed to ensure the final product is exactly what you envisioned.
Pre-production proof sample coins are provided upon request. The charge for a pre-production proof is the cost of the die and $40.00 for express shipping. The balance of amount due is paid prior to full production once the proof is approved. At this point color and plating changes are acceptable at no charge. However, if a structural change is made a new die will be required and you will incur a second die charge.
We offer a digital proof of your coin at no charge.
Normal production time is 3 – 4 weeks after artwork approval.
A 5% rush charge is applied for production under 3 weeks.
Payment is required prior to production of coins unless the purchase is made with a Government Contract or a Company Purchase Order.

Custom coin orders are not returnable unless there is an error in production. In the unlikely event of this occurring Unitcoins.us will replace the coins at no cost to our customer.
